TOUR ITINERARY:

DAY 1 MONDAY:
ARRIVE IN BROKEN HILL
On arrival in Broken Hill, you will be met by your host and escorted to your accommodation.

DAY 2 TUESDAY:
BROKEN HILL to TIBOOBURRA (LB, L, D)
Collect you from accommodation and head north towards the remote “corner country”. Hear tales and legends of this great land, and gain your first experience of the Outback – our special heritage. After lunch, continue towards the tiny town of Milparinka and historic Depot Glen. Continue to Tibooburra, the most remote town in NSW for dinner and overnight at a great Aussie bush hotel, the “two storey” Tibooburra Hotel. After dinner spend some time stargazing.

DAY 3 WEDNESDAY:
STURT NATIONAL PARK & CAMERON CORNER (LB, L, D)
After breakfast head towards the dingo fence. Our route through spectacular red sandhill country takes us to Cameron Corner where South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales meet, then continue through magnificent Sturt National Park. Take the opportunity and time to learn about a very special part of the Australian bush; capture the spirit of “corner country”. Kangaroos, emus and birdlife by the hundreds. Shoot as much as you like.... with your camera! Day ends again at Tibooburra.

DAY 4 THURSDAY:
TIBOOBURRA to BOURKE (LB, L, D)
From Tibooburra head east to Wanaaring, lunching en route at one of the many beautiful dry creeks which cross the countryside at Back o’ Bourke. On arrival in Bourke enjoy a tour of this iconic town. Overnight in Bourke tonight.

DAY 5 FRIDAY:
BOURKE – DUBBO - SYDNEY (LB)
After breakfast you will be transferred to Bourke Railway Station for your return journey on CountryLink service to Dubbo for connection with XPT to Sydney.
